The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; 3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the flock. 1 Peter 5:1-3

  • Harvey Jones, Pastor of Biblical Counseling

    MABC, The Master’s College

Current seminary student at The Master’s Seminary

In addition to helping grow the counseling ministry, Elder Harvey is helping to newly establish a food bank and Benevolent ministry to assist those in need. He believes God does bless individuals and most of the time it is to bless other Saints! He has three things he’s most excited about related to the ministries he oversees and believes all are equally wonderful. They are the ability of the Joyful Living ministry to take life and enjoy every moment; the passion of the Women’s ministry for our ladies, young and old and the potential of the Counseling ministry to touch many lives in and outside of the church.

God has blessed him with a gift of flipping homes which is what you can find him doing in his spare time.

Hands down, it is the people.  As this local church matures in its formal process (procedures) it is the people that will keep and carry the light in this community.

  • Anthony Kidd, Pastor of Preaching

    M.Div., The Master's Seminary

As the Preaching Pastor, Pastor Anthony is most excited to see people experience God's grace through listening to His word. He delights to see God having dealings with His people during or right after a sermon. For him, there is no greater joy than to be a part of that redemptive transaction.

God shined brightly upon him when his wife of 21 years came into his life.  He and Sherry are raising their 5 beautiful children together and loving every moment of it.

What I love most about Community of Faith Bible Church is the warmth and love that we have for one another.  We are indeed a family; an imperfect one for sure, but one with a common faith in Christ, sharing a passion for the gospel of God, and seeking grow in grace every day.
